How it works

INITIAL CONSULTATION CHAT

​A free 30 minute chat which can be done by email, on the phone to discuss your jewellery ideas, and timescales.

DESIGN AND QUOTES

​I will email you with quotes outlining any options so you can make an informed decision. We can make amendments at this point of course!

​

MAKING

​Once you’re happy with the design and a 40% deposit is paid, I will order any materials that are needed and start making your jewellery. I will keep you updated with progress of the project by email.

BALANCE PAYMENT

Once I’ve finished your jewellery I will send you some photographs of the finished jewellery along with your balance invoice.

DELIVERY

I will parcel up your jewellery and send it to you by Royal Mail - Special Delivery, this is a next day tracked service which can also be insured up to £2500.
